Star Wars will return to the Cartoon Network, this time with an animated series called Clone Wars. You could say: this is not new, the Clone Wars animated series has already been made, broadcasted, seen and forgotten. But this Clone Wars is not THAT Clone Wars! This one will be a CGI animated series, preceding the upcoming Star Wars TV series!

Clone Wars will emerge on the TV screens in fall, in the Friday evening primetime, targeting the younger audience. The series will be preceded by the theatrical release of a feature version in August (USA) - as completion to the storyline.

There is also a trailer (not too good quality, but we should be thankful for the small things).
