Writers on strike, so what about our TV shows?

You have all heard (probably) of the writers’ strike initiated by the Writers Gyuild of America. The rules of the strike prohibit writing services performed for a struck company in connection with new programming intended for initial viewing on non-traditional media (such as the Internet and cellular telephones), and the option or sale of literary material for that purpose.
So how does this affect our favourite Science Fiction TV shows?
- Bionic Woman - 13 episodes ordered, 8 episodes finished
- Stargate: Atlantis - all of the ordered (20) episodes finished
- Jericho - all of the 7 episodes finished
- Battlestar Galactica - will probably not be affected. 10 hours of episodes and “Razor” finished
- Eureka - will be affected. 13 episodes ordered for Season 3, none finished
- Supernatural - Has 10-12 episodes completed; has roughly five scripts that are ready to shoot.
- Medium - Will have 9 of 22 episodes completed
- Lost - Expected to have eight out of 16 episodes ready. Midseason, none have aired yet
